By signing up for Catering Connect and listing your business, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Business Listings & Information
- You confirm that all information provided about your catering business is accurate and up to date.
- You authorize Catering Connect to display your business details, including name, contact information, photos, and services offered.
- You agree to update your listing as needed to ensure accuracy.
Lead Delivery & Charges
- When a customer submits a catering request through your dedicated page, you will receive their details as a lead.
- Each listing has a set up fee of $50/year to begin receiving leads
- Pro Listing Members receive leads at $9 per lead.
- Basic Listings receive leads at $25 per lead.
- Leads are sent exclusively to your business based on customer interest in your services.
- You are responsible for following up with the lead promptly to maximize your chances of securing the booking.
Payments & Billing
- Failure to complete payment of Pro Listing may result in temporary suspension or removal of your listing.
- Payment is required before full lead details are provided.
- If payment is not made, full lead details will remain inaccessible.
- Failure to complete payment for leads for extended period of time may result in temporary suspension or removal of your listing.
No Guarantee of Bookings
- Catering Connect provides lead generation services but does not guarantee that a customer will book your services.
- You acknowledge that response time and follow-up are key factors in converting leads into bookings.
Service Modifications & Termination
- Catering Connect reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with prior notice.
- You may request to remove your listing at any time by contacting info@cateringconnectelpaso.com.
- Catering Connect may remove or suspend listings for violations of these terms, failure to pay for leads, or misuse of the platform.
Liability & Disputes
- Catering Connect is a marketing platform and is not liable for any disputes between caterers and customers.
- Any disputes related to payments, services, or cancellations must be handled directly between you and the customer.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up and listing your business, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
